Weekly Service
The Bronze Service Program is best for pool owners who are active in the maintenance of their pool but want to leave the dirty stuff to the professionals! It includes a complete opening and closing of your pool, as well as maintenance throughout the season. We will perform a FULL SERVICE on your pool EVERY OTHER WEEK. Full service consists of balancing the chemicals, checking the equipment, cleaning the filter when needed, emptying the skimmer baskets and pool cleaner, netting the surface, vacuuming the bottom, and brushing when necessary. Keep in mind you are responsible for maintaining the pool in the off week. The Bronze Service Program also includes all of your normal maintenance chemicals, 1 emergency stop, and 1 consultation to go over the pool equipment (call or email for scheduling). Additionally, as a member of our Bronze Service Program, you will receive our lowest rates on parts and labor.
The Silver Service Program is best for pools that don’t need much maintenance, but the customer would still like to ensure their pool is chemically balanced and operating properly throughout the season (think pools with auto-covers). It includes a complete opening and closing of your pool, as well as maintenance throughout the season. We will perform a pool check on your pool every week. A pool check consists of balancing the chemicals, checking the equipment, cleaning the filter when needed, emptying the skimmer baskets and pool cleaner, brushing when needed, and netting the surface. The Silver Service Program also includes all of your normal maintenance chemicals, 1 emergency stop, and 1 consultation to go over the pool equipment (call or email for scheduling). Additionally, as a member of our Silver Service Program, you will receive our lowest rates on parts and labor.
The Gold Service Program is best for pools that need a moderate amount of maintenance. This is our standard and most popular program. It includes a complete opening and closing of your pool, as well as maintenance throughout the season. We will perform a full service on your pool each week throughout the season. Full service consists of balancing the chemicals, checking the equipment, cleaning the filter when needed, emptying the skimmer baskets and pool cleaner, netting the surface, vacuuming the bottom, and brushing when necessary. The Gold Service Program also includes all of your normal maintenance chemicals, 3 emergency stops, and 1 consultation to go over the pool equipment (call or email for scheduling). Additionally, as a member of our Gold Service Program, you will receive our lowest rates on parts and labor.
The Platinum Service Program is our best program for the picky customer or the problem pool to minimize issues throughout the short swimming season. It includes a complete opening and closing of your pool, as well as maintenance throughout the season. We will perform 2 services on your pool each week throughout the season, a ‘Pool Check’ and a ‘Full Service’. A ‘Pool Check’ consists of balancing the chemicals, checking the equipment, cleaning the filter when needed, emptying the skimmer baskets and pool cleaner, brushing when needed, and netting the surface. ‘Full Service’ is the same plus a vacuum . The Platinum Service Program also includes all of your normal maintenance chemicals, 3 emergency stops, and 1 consultation to go over the pool equipment (call or email for scheduling). Additionally, as a member of our Platinum Service Program, you will receive our lowest rates on parts and labor.
